This April is the month for a worldwide event "Weekly Global Action for Education". In the morning on 25th April, 2008, at Ton Duc Thang University, 98 Ngo Tat To St., Ward 19, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh city, SDTC organized the meeting about "Cause and Solution to Prevent Truant" with the present of the presentee of Ho Chi Minh Education Centre, elementary and secondary schools, parents and students that have chance to be a truant.

The meeting is the efficient bridge for the parents and students that need help to receive support from the presentee of non-government organization who are related or understand the situation. It concentrates on the common problems which cause the number of truant increases and then bring out the concrete, appropriate and realistic solution to reduce and prevent this situation.
