"People Management" Course
You have just been promoted to or are head of department, head of unit, or team leader. You are frequently solving complicated people issues, for example:
- How do you assign works so that conflict does not occur among your team members?
- There are differences in personality, educational background, self-awareness and self-discipline among your team members. How do you make them collaborate with each other and achieve the goals with you?
- Two or three of your team members have a tendency to quarrel and show discontent.
- Your team members do not support your decisions.
- You are not confident in understanding the position of a team leader because you don't know how to manage your time effectively, how to motivate your members and how to balance between your personal life and work
The "People Management" course will help you answer the above questions.
Aim of the training:
This course provides participants with knowledge and skills to build confident in employee management. It also provides methods to enhance the teamwork, minimize conflicts and handle stress so that you will enjoy your job.
Objectives of the training:
After completion of this training, participants should be able to:

- Assign tasks in the most effective way

Trainers' Biography
- Ms Lê Kim Anh came to us with over 20 years of experience in the international business world. Initially, Ms Kim Anh worked in the pharmaceutical industry as she was trained as a pharmacist and has a post-graduate diploma with a specialty in Antibiotic Synthesis. Even with this science background, Ms Kim Anh moved into Sr management positions in Human Resource for companies such as Rhone Poulenc Rorer JV, Sanofi Aventi - top leading pharmaceutical companies, and Avon - leading cosmetic American company. She is now Managing Director of Dynamic Consulting Company. With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, she has proven her competent teaching methods and engaging, hands-on teaching style.
