Aim & Objectives:

This training course provides the basic principles of developing a business plan , a marketing plan and setting up a small business.

 

After completion of this training course the participants should be able to:

·    Understand competitors and Know how to practice SWOT analysis

·    Understand the product strategies & brand building

·    Understand the pricing and distributing strategies

·    Design and manage an integrated marketing communication campaign for recruiting students or promoting your products.

Trainer Biography:

Mr. Vo Hiep Hieu, MBA, Lecturer of Marketing and Management, Corporate Training & Consultancy Coordinator of the Center for International Cooperation, Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City. Mr Hieu is also visiting professor of  MBA programs of French Vietnamese Center for Management Education (CFVG), Curtin University of Technology (Australia), University of Bolton (UK).
