SDTC annually organizes about 14 training courses with diverse subjects include:

• Planning, project management, project supervision and evaluation, consultant for disadvantaged and abused children, volunteer management, marketing plan for the houses of unfortunate kids or training centers, course design, training based on modules, fundraising and leadership skills
• Improving teacher's performance, team building, changing and developing of organization, team consultant and communication skills for staffs who are working with wretched teenager or youngster.

Beside the above program, SDTC also sets up the courses for particular requirements of some organizations such as fundraising or interviewing skills
